Most of my efforts have been around preventing failure, analyzing “what went wrong” and preventing that from happening in the future.
I am not alone.
And, when I read Mark’s article, he’s absolutely right.
It’s human nature.
What if, instead of trying to mitigate and reduce the tension, we assume that it is going to be there no matter what we do and see it as a sign that everything is working?
What if we celebrate each time we address tension successfully?
That shift could be a game-changer.
