– What top 10 things do you worry about?
– What are your top 10 tasks?
– What do you struggle with?
– What do you find useful?
– What is unhelpful?
It really has nothing to do with budget, technology, resources, courses, or how fancy your solution is.
It has everything to do with those answers.
